No force and no strain.


Lengthen and broaden whatever you can but do it softly.


Never lock joints always keep soft.


Be aware of your breath, use it to create space.


Movement is softer than stillness. Move into and out of position if any strain is felt.


Rest and relax after a class.


Always feel right. Replace or modify anything to suit you.
